Cancellation Policy
Please note : 1. Surcharge on Sundays and Public holidays will apply for 10% with any treatment appointment from 15th Aug.2024 2. For new clients, please arrive 5-7 mins prior to your session to complete a new client information form. 3. Your booking time is the time the session commences and finishes including consultation time. We always endeavor to finish on time for the next client. 4. ) To cancel or reschedule, For the short time please contact us on Mobile 0423799029 by call or text or send us a message on membership inbox at least 4 hours in advance. 5.) Cancelations within 4 hours may attract a 50% additional for your next visit. 6.) No show and No cancelation contact 70% will be charged upon your next visit (conditions apply).
